The other offer must be for the same accommodation and room type.
The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
The other offer must have the same cancellation conditions and policies.
When can't it be requested?
When the other offer appears on a page that does not allow viewing the accommodation or room/unit you will stay in until you have made the reservation.
If the other offer is part of a loyalty or points program. We define this type of offer as any situation in which a customer, either through the accommodation or another website, accesses a lower price as a benefit for having booked previously, for having logged in, entered a promotional code, recommended to other customers, or taken any other action that results in a price different from the one initially shown.
